Leaders Skeptical of Farm Bill Reforms

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said there are a lot of things to recommend in the farm bill, but it could go farther in terms of reforms. Minority Leader John Boehner said he intends to vote against the bill, but wouldn't say if he would recommend that to other Republicans.
